Cambia Advisors was founded on the premise that focused management of change is the most critical variable impacting the success of our clients’ projects. An ERP project of any kind involves change that permeates throughout a business, whether it be manufacturing, distribution or retail focused. ERP, by its very nature, has up and downstream effects…the larger the change being implemented, the more risk involved. By understanding and preparing a business for the changes an ERP project entails, the likelihood of encountering significant surprises during testing and implementation is greatly reduced. This thorough preparation fosters a more confident team, paving the way for a successful go-live.
