Brian Clark has over 25 years of ERP implementation consulting experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries. He specialized in scoping, managing and delivering complex ERP projects in a variety of verticals, including automotive, food and beverage and consumer products. Brian also assists clients in the construction and management of their ERP roadmap, helping to ensure their budgeted IT spend results in the expected long-term gains. Brian has a proven track record of success with companies of all sizes, up to multi-site/multi-national corporations. At Cambia Advisors, Brian works to ensure successful delivery of ERP projects for our customers while contributing to ongoing sales and recruiting efforts. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, from the University of Notre Dame. Brian resides outside Chicago, is married to Maureen, and has two children. In his free time, Brian enjoys golf, Peloton, and entertaining ideas of maybe getting back into triathlons.

Craig Thompson brings over 25 years of sales and recruiting expertise, specializing in supporting companies implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. With a career shaped by the mid to late '90s technology surge, Craig focused on ERP technologies, particularly the QAD ERP application. During 6 years in agency-side recruiting, Craig played a pivotal role in establishing and building technology recruiting practices for two companies. Over the next two decades, he contributed to a rapidly growing boutique consulting firm, leading recruiting and HR functions firmwide. Concurrently, he co-led sales for their QAD practice and volunteered on the board of directors of the largest independent QAD user group for over a decade. Joining Cambia, Craig leverages his extensive experience to support and enhance the experiences of our clients, employees, and partners. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from Northeastern Illinois University. Currently residing in Wilmette, Illinois, with his wife and two children, Craig enjoys motorsports, paddle tennis, smoking/grilling food, and family activities.

Brad Weinstein has been consulting in the ERP space for over 15 years with manufacturing and distribution companies. He has scoped, managed, and quality assured complex projects in a wide variety of industry verticals including food and beverage, medical device, industrial products, and consumer goods. Brad is passionate about right sizing projects to fit a client's needs and capabilities while ensuring a positive return on investment. At Cambia Advisors, Brad oversees all of our Implementations ensuring they meet the high level of quality our clients expect. Brad recognizes the significant impact an ERP implementation can have on an organization and works with our clients to ensure they are prepared and advised along the way to minimize risk. Brad believes upfront and honest communication with clients is paramount to successful projects. Brad holds a Bachelor of Business from Cleveland State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University. Brad resides in Crystal Beach, Florida with his wife and two children. Outside of work he enjoys boating, scuba diving, and spending time with his family.

With over 30 years of dedicated consulting experience, James is a seasoned professional specializing in the development and implementation of ERP software. Throughout his career, James has successfully undertaken diverse roles such as Resource Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Lead Technical Analyst, and Technical Consultant. James' expertise encompasses the management and leadership of technical projects, including project planning, technical supervision, system installation and administration, disaster recovery, contingency planning, system upgrades and conversions, and the training of end users and technical resources. At Cambia Advisors, James works to ensure our clients continue to gain value from their investment in their ERP software. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Southern University. James resides in Marco Island, FL with his wife. James enjoys boating and fishing in his free time.
