What You'll Do

Deliver and implement Epicor Financials (Kinetic) solutions, focusing on modules such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, general ledger, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Provide expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and process optimization to ensure clients achieve full value from their ERP investment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementation projects.

Assist Project Managers in defining project direction, timelines, and key deliverables.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across Cambia Advisors and client organizations.

Develop and share best practice training materials while conducting knowledge transfer sessions for clients and peers.

Manage multiple projects with agility, delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
What You'll Bring

Expertise: 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, operations, or ERP implementation, with familiarity in Epicor Financials (Kinetic/E10) or similar ERP systems.

Drive: Proven ability to deliver measurable results while balancing competing priorities.
